Matthew ronald Storstad, 27, of Brainerd was convicted of speeding: Fined $225. Another charge of cannabis open package-possess in motor vehicle; not compliant packaging or container was dismissed.
Tasha Marie Miller, 34, of Kiester was continued on a felony charge of assault-2nd Degree-dangerous weapon: Fined $75. Probation-Unsupervised monitoring without conviction, indeterminate. Condition-no violation of probation in file 22-CR-23-307, follow all probationary conditions in file 22-CR-23-307 (07/31/2023).
Darleah Robin Ramirez, 42, of Wells was convicted of driving after suspension: Fined $285. Also convicted of speeding: Fined $60.
Daniel Harold Woodring, 54, of Blue Earth was granted a stay of adjudication on a charge of harassment; restraining order-violate and knows of temporary or restraining order: Fined $75. Court Decision-Continued. 1 year supervised probation. Conditions-Complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations in a timely manner. Defendant must sigh all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of assessment.
