Kirstin Leigh Kitchel, 28, of Elmore was convicted of driving after revocation: Fined $360. Stay of adjudication, continued, sentenced to 6 months unsupervised monitoring without adjudication. Condition-no same or similar, restitution reserved, remain open for 30 days. Another charge of traffic collision-injury, death, or vehicle damage-driver fails to give informant-ion was dismissed.

Nathan Tanner Niebuhr, 26, of Wells was convicted of traffic collision-failure to notify owner of damaged property: Fined $285. Sentenced to local confinement 90 days, stay 90 days for 1 year credit for time served: 0 days, 1 year supervised probation. Ramon Briseno, 61, of Elmore was convicted of driving after revocation: Fined $360. Another charge of no insurance owner was dismissed.

Luke Stephen Griffiths, 23, of Ithaca, NY was convicted of speeding: Fined $175. Continued for dismissal, continued, 6 months unsupervised monitoring without conviction. Condition-no same or similar driving offenses for 6 months.

Hope Maymie Christianson, 26, of Mapleton was convicted of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting: Fined $260. Another charge of assault-5th Degree-inflict or attempt bodily harm was dismissed.

Kari Lynn Yoder, 51, of Fairmont was convicted of felony theft-by swindle: Fined $ 6735.55. Stay of Imposition pursuant to M.S. 609.135. Sentenced to local confinement 25 days credit for time served: 25 days, 5 years supervised probation. Condition-follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation officer as directed, tell probation officer within 72 hours if have contact with law enforcement, are charged with any new crime, or change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with the search of person, residence,vehicle, workplace,property, and things as directed by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use, with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs, with the exception of prescribed mediation, random testing, provide list of prescribed medication to probation officer; aftercare, provide aftercare recommendations and follow all recommendations of treatment aftercare plan, which the defendant reported includes outpatient treatment. This intake should be scheduled within one week of sentencing and intake date attended as required. Successfully complete all recommended programing and aftercare requirements. Pay restitution, defendant should make $100 minimum monthly payments. Yearly review Hearing will be schedule to address restitution. $6660.55. Complete gambling assessment, complete the South Oaks Gambling screen as directed by supervising agent and follow all recommendations.
