Crystal Lea Adams, 34, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable prop-no consent: Fined $300.80. Sentenced to 1 year unsupervised probation. Local confinement-90 days, stay 0 year 0 month 90 days for 1 year credit for time served: 0 days. Conditions-no same or similar, pay restitution, do not enter additional locations, do not enter the Fairmont Walmart store for the next year.

Deanna Marie Darkow, 29, of North Mankato was convicted of theft-by swindle: Fined $285. Sentenced to 1 year unsupervised probation, local confinement-30 days, stay 30 days for 1 year credit for time served: 0 days. Conditions-no same or similar, do not enter additional locations, do not enter the Fairmont Walmart store for one year. Another charge of trespass-return to property within one year was dismissed.

Jason Lamarr Wright, 36, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after cancellation: Fined $285. An additional charge of traffic collision-injury, death, or vehicle damage,-driver fails to give information was dismissed.

Jackson Lopez Davila, 27, of Fairmont was convicted of DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within 2 hours: Fined $710. Sentenced to 1 year unsupervised probation, local confinement-90 days, stay 90 days for 1 year credit for time served: 0 days. Conditions-Complete and pay for a Comprehensive Assessment and follow all recommendation timely. Another charge of cannabis open package-possess in motor vehicle-no compliant packaging or container was dismissed.

Jose Natividad Salazar Almendarez, 46, of Blue Earth was convicted of speeding: Fined $145. Also convicted of no Minnesota driver’s license: Fined $100.
