Esteban M Torres, 41, of Albert Lea has a charge of domestic assault-intentionally inflicts/attempts to inflict bodily harm on another that is continued for dismissal: fined $260. 6 months unsupervised monitoring without conviction. Condition: no same or similar, no assault, no disorderly conduct.

Crystal Ann Somnis, 41, of Fairmont was convicted of domestic assault-GM-subsequent violation (assault to commit – GOC): fined $250. Sentenced to 2 years supervised probation. Local confinement: 365 days, stay 361 days for 2 year credit for tim served: 4 days. Condition: Adult counseling, participate in counseling to specifically address domestic violence intervention programming and anger management coping skills. Follow all recommendations of the counselor, no alcohol/controlled substance use, with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs, with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation officer as directed, tell probation officer within 72 hours if you have, contact with law enforcement, charged with any new crime and change of address, employment or telephone number. Cooperate with the search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, complete comprehensive assessment, follow all recommendations. Another charge of felony assault-2nd degree-dangerous weapon (assault to commit – GOC) was dismissed.

Chance Douglas Hanson, 36, of Jackson was convicted of drive/operate/control motor vehicle without ignition inter : fined $300.

Stay of adjudication, unsupervised monitoring without conviction, 6 months. Condition: Remain law-abiding, no same or similar. Also convicted of driver must carry proof of insurance when operating vehicle: fined $285.
