Marissa N. Theobald, 26, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after cancellation; fined $315. Also convicted of seat belt required-driver and passengers must use; fined $25. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Benjamin A. Davison, 21, of Dunnell was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $285. Also convicted of operate vehicle with expired registration; fined $30.

Adam H. McNicol, 44, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of operate vehicle with expired registration; fined $30.

Tanner R. Klug, 23, of Fairmont was convicted of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death; fined $100, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 13 days, may serve as Sentence to Serve.

Osvaldo D. Martin Martin, 22, of Fairmont had a charge of purchase/sell/barter/furnish/give alcohol to person under 21 continued for dismissal; fined $100, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Eliseo Perez Perez, 35, of Madelia was convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance; fined $710, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law, remain law-abiding. Additional charge of driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test-breath or test refusal or failure was dismissed.

Sebastian B. Torres, 23, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, do not enter the Fairmont Walmart, no same or similar.

Ashlyn N. Lamont, 32, of Granada was convicted of unlawful deposit of garbage, litter or like; fined $275. Additional charge of trespass-occupy or enter locked dwelling or posted building was dismissed.
