Justin D. Bok, 42, of Blue Earth was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor; fined $620, sentenced to jail 364 days, stayed 362 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications including THC, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, comply with ignition interlock program and only drive motor vehicles with ignition interlock device, follow all recommendations of the comprehensive assessment, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charge of second-degree driving while impaired-two or more aggravating factors was dismissed.
