Nathan M. Gottman, 36, of Welcome was convicted on a felony charge of domestic abuse-violates two or more OFP's within 10 years of previous conviction; fined $1,185, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 21 months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 47 days, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, refrain from all assaultive or threatening behavior and no further violations of threats of violence, complete domestic abuse batterer's intervention program, five years probationary Domestic No Contact (DANCO), no contact with victim(s), obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don't use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. One additional felony charge of violate No Contact Order-within 10 years of the first of two or more convictions, and three misdemeanor charges of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours and fourth-degree driving while impaired, were all dismissed.

Inglett, 41, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $810, sentenced to jail 364 days, stayed 363 days for two years, credit for time served one day, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, only drive motor vehicles equipped with ignition interlock as required, complete post-sentence investigation if requested by probation agent, provide a copy of the completed comprehensive assessment and continue following recommendations from the assessment including level of treatment recommended, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel and if completed then provide a copy to probation agent, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don't use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.

Lucas, 50, of Henderson was convicted of aid and abet theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $2,155, restitution $2,155, sentenced to jail 364 days, stayed 364 days for two years, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, pay joint and several restitution within one year, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, don't enter the Fairmont Walmart during the term of probation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don't use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law.
