Sebastian L. Green, 23, of Winnebago received a stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct-non-consensual sexual contact; fined $375, sentenced to jail 15 days, credit for time served three days, serve as home detention/electronic monitoring if eligible, sentence to serve if eligible, Huber and STS is granted if meets jail qualifications, one year supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, complete adult psychological-sexual evaluation within 120 days and follow all recommendations, attend AA (Alcoholics Anonymous) meeting at least once per week and provide verification to agent, participate in the screening for Peer Recovery Support Specialist and work on an individual basis with them for about a month to determine if they could be a long-term support, complete cognitive skill training as directed by agent, no mood-altering chemicals including marijuana and alcohol, random testing, do not enter additional locations, do not enter the Blue Earth Legion while on probation, no contact with victim(s), follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. An additional felony charge of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct-contact (uses force), and a misdemeanor charge of fifth-degree assault-fear of bodily harm or death, were both dismissed.

Dillon L. Bunde, 31, of Winnebago was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $260, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations in a timely manner, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no same or similar, no assault or disorderly conduct, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.

Ckaiden D. Nelson-Coonradt, 20, of Winnebago received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death; fined $375, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, contact probation officer as directed, complete domestic abuse program as directed by agent, complete cognitive skill training as directed by agent, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. An additional felony charge of domestic assault was dismissed.

Elizabeth F. Hassing, 31, of Montgomery was convicted of operate unregistered vehicle without plates on public streets or highways; fined $185. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Briseyda A. Amaro, 19, of Blue Earth was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.
