Hands free law-access video content/images/games/software applications — John S. Gunnink, 18, of Darien, Wis.; fined $135.

Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type-multiple licenses prohibited — Brody J. Anderson, 19, of Blue Earth; fined $185.

No proof of motor vehicle insurance — Denise D. Loughary, 59, of Belle Fourche, S.D.; fined $285.

Francisco J. Guzman, 36, of Franklin Park, Ill. was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Also convicted of failure of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.

James A. Barger, 45, of Northfield had a charge of speeding continued for dismissal; fined $175, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, six months no driving offenses, no same or similar.

Eugene R. Pahl, 82, of Amboy was convicted on two separate charges of seat belt required-driver and passengers must use; fined $110 for each charge.

Failure to stop at stop signs or stop lines at entrance to thru highway — Alice M. Bonnstetter, 72, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Melissa M. Glynn, 33, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of dog/cat at large-first offense; fined $135. Also convicted of dog/cat not licensed-first offense; fined $50.

Mehmet A. Batir, 49, of Voorhees, N.J. was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of fail to signal lane change; fined $50.
