James O. Sara J. Seltun, 34, of Eagle Lake was convicted of driver approaching intersection fails to yield right-of-way; fined $135. Additional charge of wireless communications device-engage in cellular phone or video call was dismissed.

Cody M. Granle, 29, of Austin received a stay of adjudication on a charge of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $475, sentenced to jail 180 days, stayed 180 days for one year, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no driving after revocation, no driving after suspension or no driving after cancellation violations, six months no driving without valid drivers license and insurance, no same or similar.
