Gorden S. Bruellman, 19, of Fairmont was convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicating substance; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, attend MADD impact panel, no alcohol/controlled substance use including no huffing or intoxicating substances with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession including no huffing or intoxicating substances with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no same or similar. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, toxic substances-use for intoxication prohibited, and reckless driving-drives consciously disregarding a substantial or unjustifiable risk, were all dismissed.
Daniel E. Conn, 35, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $100, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 366 days, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 100 days, credit for time served eight days, STS and work release are granted, five years supervised probation, sentence to service eight days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.
Stasha M. Dailey, 39, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of dog/cat at large-first offense; fined $3,223.50, restitution $3,223.50, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, pay restitution, no same or similar.
Nannette L. Darnell, 74, of Northrop was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $360, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, attend MADD impact panel, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no same or similar. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, and failure to drive in a single lane, were all dismissed.
Nicholas P. Pavich, 44, of Welcome was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $195.20, restitution $95.20, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution, do not enter the Fairmont Walmart during the term of probation, no same or similar.
Malaki D. Hansen, 18, of Buffalo, Minn. was convicted of speeding; fined $385, sentenced to jail 10 days, stayed 10 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
Ravi Kishor Lakhotia, 36, of Hicksville, N.Y. was convicted of speeding; fined $385, sentenced to jail 10 days, stayed 10 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charge of improperly worn seat belt was dismissed.
Hannah Jo Perez, 25, of Minneapolis had a charge of passing on right when prohibited continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised probation, no moving violations, no same or similar.
