Jorge A. Paz, 27, of Mankato received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of third-degree assault-substantial bodily harm; fined $9,956.60, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, pay restitution, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, don’t leave Minnesota without written court approval, complete an updated diagnostic assessment and follow all recommendations, refrain from any assaultive or abusive behaviors including harassment, stalking or threats of violence, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Yamilet Aguayo-Villa, 31, of Pipestone was convicted of owner who is not driver must provide proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of seat belt required-driver and passengers must use; fined $110. Also convicted of owner allows illegal operation; fined $100.

Jacob D. Green Jr., 25, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200.

Valencia Diaz Maura Esther, 24, of South Milwaukee, Wis. was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.
