Matthew L. Bauman, 29, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $100, sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served four days, concurrent with other case, may work STS while in custody, sentence to service four days for indeterminate.

Nika R. Diekmann, 32, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $250.35, restitution $65.35, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution, no trespassing, don’t enter the Fairmont Walmart, remain law-abiding, no same or similar.

Heidi N. Wolfe, 44, of Fairmont was convicted of seat belt required-driver and passengers must use; fined $110. Additional charge of uninsured vehicle-driver violation was dismissed.

Leonel I. Perez, 39, of Blue Earth was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $50.
