Joselisa Alvarado, 29, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer; fined $100, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
Brandon L. Anderson, 46, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $200. Also convicted of motor vehicle registration-display another’s plates; fined $185.
Richard R. Rochefort Jr., 64, of Welcome was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $100, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, don’t enter the Fairmont Walmart during the term of probation, no same or similar.
David Salas Jr., 43, of Welcome was convicted of driving after revocation; sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served 15 days.
David J. Schmidt, 43, of Fairmont was convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance; fined $110, sentenced to jail 364 days, stayed 274 days for two years, credit for time served 20 days, serve concurrently with Jackson County case, work release and STS are granted if meets jail’s qualifications, two years supervised probation, sentence to service eight days for indeterminate, contact probation within 24 hours from being released from custody, complete comprehensive assessment, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Also convicted of driving after cancellation; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 20 days, serve concurrently with Jackson County case. Additional charge of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicating substance was dismissed.
