Kassandra Solis, 29, of Elmore was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $583, restitution $398, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution, excluded from entering the Fairmont Walmart store, no same or similar.

Dustin J. Harstad, 20, of Fairmont had a charge of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar. Also had a charge of suspended object continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Lance R. Stevens, 18, of Ceylon was convicted of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway; fined $185. Additional charges of of suspended object, window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance, and window tint violation-no permanent marking of transmittance and reflectance, all dismissed.
