General windshield prohibitions-no objects suspended between driver and windshield — Ethan D. Koehler, 18, of Walters; fined $125.

Watercraft-operate unlicensed watercraft — Jeffrey T. Pierce, 58, of Chaska; fined $135.

No Minnesota drivers license — Juan C. Marquez Vanegas, 32, of Litterock, Calif.; fined $185.

Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — Jon J. Gregory, 60, of Blue Earth; fined $185.

Driving after suspension — Ronnie L. Snyder, 56, of Winnebago; fined $285.

Crystal Elizabeth F. Sell, 45, of Wells was convicted of domestic assault-subsequent violation; fined $660, sentenced to jail 364 days, stayed 362 days for two years, credit for time served two days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, follow all aftercare recommendations, defendant must sign all releases for workers to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment continue therapeutic services with qualified counselor, seek peer recovery services if available, complete domestic abuse counseling/treatment programming as approved by agent, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charges of second-degree driving while impaired-two or more aggravating factors, and driving after revocation, were both dismissed.

Danny Lee J. Ertman, 23, of Blue Earth was convicted of crimes against railroad-trespass or allow animals on track, yard or bridge; fined $135. Additional charges of crimes against railroad-place obstruction on track, reckless driving-drives consciously disregarding a substantial or unjustifiable risk, and failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, were all dismissed.
