Corey E. Dusing, 35, of Blue Earth was convicted on a felony charge of possess pornographic work-computer disk/electronic/magnetic/optical image with porn; fined $910, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 25 months, stayed 5 years, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 57 days, 5 years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, submit to polygraph examinations as directed, enter into, cooperate with and successfully complete outpatient sex offender treatment as arranged by agent, don’t possess/use any pornographic/sexually explicit material, don’t use any phone sex lines, dating services, social networks or enter any strip clubs or adult bookstores or any other business where the primary source of business is adult entertainment, must disclose all electronic devices to agent and install monitoring software as directed by agent, no unsupervised contact with persons under age 18 and if contact is approved, the individual(s) to provide the supervision must also be pre-approved by probation and treatment, complete a mental health diagnostic assessment with a professional and follow all recommendations, comply with predatory offender registration including photography, fingerprinting, and DNA, psychological-sexual evaluation and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing per request of agent, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Anthony J. Rucker, 37, of Blue Earth was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor; fined $690, sentenced to jail 364 days, stayed 334 days for two years, credit for time served one day, serve two days in jail by 9/10/23, can serve balance of 27 days on electronic home monitoring with alco-sensor at defendant’s expense, two years unsupervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations in a timely manner, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing if requested by probation agent or law enforcement, attend MADD impact panel and pay required fee, no same or similar, no further violations of the law, comply and continue with ignition interlock program, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, and failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, were both dismissed.

Charles J. Beebe, 41, of Blue Earth was convicted of recklessly handle or use dangerous weapons; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, enroll and complete a domestic abuse program within 60 days as approved by agent, complete a mental health diagnostic assessment within 90 days and pursue medications and/or therapy if recommended, follow any and all recommendations of the comprehensive assessment completed on 7/10/23, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Also convicted of fifth-degree assault; fined $200, sentenced to jail four days, credit for time served four days. Additional felony charges of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, and domestic assault by strangulation, were both dismissed.

Dylan J. Miller, 43, of Wells was convicted of motor vehicle registration-unregistered certificate revoked; fined $300. Also convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.

Lukas J. Schimek, 24, of Mankato was convicted of speeding; fined $135. Also convicted of limited license violation; fined $100.
