Richard Leslie Guerra, 44, of Ceylon was convicted of harassment; restraining order-violate w/in 10 years of previous domestic violence conviction/adjudication; fined $100. Sentenced to 2 years adult supervised probation, local confinement (364 days, 344 days for 2 years credit for time served: 20 days, condition-complete a Domestic Violence Inventory and follow all recommendations as directed by probation agent, abide by all protective orders, complete diagnostic assessment, and follow recommendations, consider referral to adult mental health case management, no contact with victim(s), do not have any contact with victim or her children, do not have any contact with Travis Munich, no alcohol/controlled substance use, with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs, with the exception of prescribed medications, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, random testing, no threats of violence, and do not harass or threaten or assault any person, no same or similar, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, contact probation officer as directed, tell probation officer within 72 hours if have contact with law enforcement, charged with any new crime, change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with the search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, obtain permission from agent befor leaving the State.
