Also convicted of drugs-possession of drug paraphernalia, use or possession prohibited, petty misdemeanor, charge was dismissed.
Tamara Lee Payton, 50, of Truman, convicted of traffic-DWI-operate motor vehicle, alcohol concentration 0.08 within 2 hours, misdemeanor; fined $710.00, probation, unsupervised probation 1 year, local confinement 90 days stay 90 days for 1 year credit for time served, condition complete comprehensive assessment, and follow all recommendations, if assessment states to abstain and random test then that will be an order of the court, but if it doesn’t recommend that then it won’t be imposed, attend MADD impact panel, remain law abiding, no same or similar. Also convicted of DWI-fourth-degree driving while impaired, misdemeanor. Charge was dismissed.
