Lisa Marie Trueblood, 39, Fairmont, was convicted of felony drugs-5th degree, possess schedule 1,2 3,4, not small amount marijuana; fined $75.00, commit to commissioner of corrections, 1 year 1 day, stay for 5 years, probation, supervised 5 years, local confinement, 18 days, credit for time served 18 days, condition, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation officer as directed, tell probation officer within 72 hours if have, contact with law enforcement, tell probation officer within 72 hours if are, charged with any new crime, tell probation officer within 72 hours if change, address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with the search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosive, obtain permission from agent before leaving state, complete comprehensive assessment, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, defendant must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household/members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, defendant must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather that choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use, with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs, with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, cognitive skill training, as directed by probation agent. Also convicted of drugs-possession of drug paraphernalia, use or possession prohibited, petty misdemeanor, charge was dismissed.

Tamara Lee Payton, 50, of Truman, convicted of traffic-DWI-operate motor vehicle, alcohol concentration 0.08 within 2 hours, misdemeanor; fined $710.00, probation, unsupervised probation 1 year, local confinement 90 days stay 90 days for 1 year credit for time served, condition complete comprehensive assessment, and follow all recommendations, if assessment states to abstain and random test then that will be an order of the court, but if it doesn’t recommend that then it won’t be imposed, attend MADD impact panel, remain law abiding, no same or similar. Also convicted of DWI-fourth-degree driving while impaired, misdemeanor. Charge was dismissed.
