Jerome W. Darkow, 46, of North Mankato was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $360. Additional charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without owner consent was dismissed.
Anna K. Gonzalez-ramirez, 33, of Blue Earth was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $260, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year supervised probation, no assault, no disorderly conduct, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons if prohibited by law.
Holden J. Jacobson, 34, of Blue Earth was convicted of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $485, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, complete diagnostic assessment, domestic abuse counseling/treatment. Additional charge of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer was dismissed.
Philip K. Pytleski, 39, of Fairmont was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $360. Additional charge of domestic abuse-violate Order for Protection was dismissed.
Matthew F. Beck, 33, of Buffalo Center, Iowa was convicted of heft-take/use/transfer movable property without owner consent; fined $3,271.72, restitution $3,196.72, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 90 days.
Andrew P. Holm, 33, of Blue Earth was convicted of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 313 days for one year, one year supervised probation, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations in a timely manner, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, re-establish mental health services and follow all recommendations for care including medications, cognitive skill training if assigned by agent, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing. Two additional felony charges of domestic assault, and domestic assault-by strangulation, were both dismissed.
Raymond F. Gomez II, 34, of Blue Earth was convicted of unsafe equipment; fined $125. Additional charge of vehicle window restrictions-windshield tinted or glazed was dismissed.
Joshua T. Pierce, 35, of St. Cloud was convicted of domestic assault-subsequent violation; sentenced to jail 364 days, stayed 334 days for two years, credit for time served two days, serve as work release if eligible, Huber is granted if qualifies, two years supervised probation, domestic abuse counseling/treatment, cognitive skill training. Additional felony charge of domestic assault by strangulation was dismissed.
