Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — Wilmer A. Batz Velasquez, 34, of Fairmont; fined $185.
No proof of motor vehicle insurance — Jose M. Ozuna, 23, of Onalaska, Texas; fined $285.
Tomas Lorenzo Gutierrez, 35, of Fairmont received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of possess pornographic work-computer disk/electronic/magnetic/optical image with porn; fined $1,085, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 19 days, serve as work release if eligible, five years supervised probation, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, do not ship/transport/possess or receive firearm or ammo, enter into, cooperate with and successfully complete outpatient sex offender treatment as arranged by agent, submit to polygraph examinations as directed, don’t possess/use any pornographic/sexually explicit material, don’t use any phone sex lines, dating services, social networks or enter any strip clubs or adult bookstores or any other business where the primary source of business is adult entertainment, must disclose all electronic devices and all electronic devices subject to monitoring as directed by agent, no unsupervised contact with persons under age 18 and if contact is approved, the individual(s) to provide the supervision must also be pre-approved by probation and treatment, no unsupervised contact with vulnerable adults and if contact is approved, the individual(s) to provide the supervision must also be pre-approved by probation and treatment, predatory offender registration required, complete psychological-sexual evaluation and comply with all recommendations, no social media, no internet, follow all state and federal criminal laws. Two additional separate felony charges of possess pornographic work-computer disk/electronic/magnetic/optical image with porn were both dismissed.
