Underage alcohol consumption — Ashton Ronnie L. Gilmore, 19, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — Angel A. Rosales Lemus, 38, of Fairmont; fined $185.

School bus-stop signal extended/red lights flashing-other drivers to — Ruth A. Jones, 84, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Crystal R Ault, 47, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.

Tk Sabastian, 32, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no new violations of the law, no same or similar. Additional charges of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances, and tamper with motor vehicle/enter without owner permission, were both dismissed.

John C. Justice, 54, of Sherburn received a stay of adjudication on a charge of public nuisance-interfere/obstruct/render dangerous public road/water; fined $300, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no new offenses or violations of the law, repair fence within 30 days, no same or similar.

Cody J. Persinger, 33, of Trimont was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 17 months, stayed for five years, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 15 days for 18 months, contact probation officer as directed, individual therapy until discharged from provider, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, complete comprehensive assessment and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain employment, maintain employment, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearm or ammo, participate in peer recovery service until discharged, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign all releases of information. Also convicted of obstruct legal process; sentenced to jail 364 days, stayed 326 days for two years, credit for time served 38 days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service six days for one year, contact probation officer as directed, individual therapy until discharged from provider, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, complete comprehensive assessment and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain employment, maintain employment, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearm or ammo, participate in peer recovery service until discharged, complete outpatient treatment, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign all releases of information. One felony charge of convicted crime of violence-firearm or ammunition violation, and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited, were both dismissed.

Christine M. Laue, 46,of Fenton, Iowa was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of child passenger restraint system not fastened for child under 8 and under 57 inches; fined $135.
