Crystal A. Gruber, 47, of Fairmont was convicted of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, concurrent with other case, one year unsupervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members, no new assaultive behaviors, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no contact with victim(s), don’t leave Minnesota without court approval, participate in individual therapy, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, cooperate and be truthful to agent in all matters, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammo. Additional charges of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene, unlawful ouster or exclusion by landlord, disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting, and disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene, were all dismissed.
Spencer R.
