Hernan Aguilar Sanchez, 32, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $485, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 89 days for one year, credit for time served one day, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations in a timely manner, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type, and failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, were all dismissed.

Evan Fure, 19, of Kiester was convicted of fleeing a peace officer by a means other than a motor vehicle; fined $260, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 84 days for one year, credit for time served six days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations in a timely manner, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana was dismissed.

Jayme J. Talley, 44, of Wells had a felony charge of harassment-violate restraining order because of victim or other’s race, color, sex, disability, etc. continued for dismissal; fined $75, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, one year no contact with victim(s).

Alis Villeda Solorzano, 29, of Wells had a charge of domestic assault continued for dismissal; fined $260, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, six months no assault, six months no disorderly conduct.

Possession of paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited — Kaden Ray Jo Rogge, 18, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Illegal u-turn on controlled access highway — Laura A. Van Voorst, 48, of Hull, Iowa; fined $135.

Driving after suspension — Marvin Miranda Miranda, 21, of Butterfield; fined $285.

Driving after revocation — Manuel P. Ralios, 46, of Fairmont; fined $285.
