Carlos J. Lelems, 25, of St. James was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185.

Brandon D. Buesing, 33, of Welcome was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year unsupervised probation, no contact with victim(s), no same or similar. Also convicted on another charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year unsupervised probation, no contact with victim(s) except for strictly business purposes, clean up yard within two weeks, no same or similar. Also convicted of obstruct legal process-lawful execution of legal process; fined $100, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year unsupervised probation, no contact with victim(s) except for strictly business purposes, clean up yard within two weeks, no same or similar. Additional felony charge of terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk, and misdemeanor charges of fifth-degree assault-fear of bodily harm or death, accumulation of garbage, disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene, and public nuisance-unlawful acts, were all dismissed.

Ingrid M. Garcia Lopez, 31, of Truman was convicted of driving after cancellation; fined $285. Also convicted of speeding; fined $140.

Alejandro Picornio Ramos, 41, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60.

Michael J. Lindgren, 24, of Fairmont was convicted of dog/cat at large-first offense; fined $135. Also convicted of dog/cat not licensed-first offense; fined $50.
