Buesing, 33, of Welcome was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year unsupervised probation, no contact with victim(s), no same or similar. Also convicted on another charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year unsupervised probation, no contact with victim(s) except for strictly business purposes, clean up yard within two weeks, no same or similar. Additional felony charge of terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk, and misdemeanor charges of fifth-degree assault-fear of bodily harm or death, accumulation of garbage, disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene, and public nuisance-unlawful acts, were all dismissed.
