Joel Gonzalez, 26, of Kiester was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $360, sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days. Additional charge of emergency telephone calls/communications-interrupt/interfere/impede/disrupt 911 call was dismissed.
Tyler M. Fields, 32, of Minnesota Lake was convicted of speeding; fined $385. Additional charge of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety was dismissed.
Wesley W. Tolleson, 35, of Wells was convicted of domestic assault-subsequent violation; fined $439.99, restitution $279.99, sentenced to jail 364 days, credit for time served 16 days, concurrent with other case. An additional felony charge of stalking-pattern of stalking conduct, and a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene, were both dismissed.

Ryan D. Harris, 30, of Fairmont was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired; fined $810, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, serve 2 days in jail before 6/2/2023 and remaining 28 days on home detention/electronic monitoring, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations in a timely manner, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no same or similar, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, complete and pay for MADD impact panel within six months of sentencing and provide proof to probation agent, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charges of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, and failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, were both dismissed.
Melissa Jo Minton, 38, of Northrop received a stay of adjudication on a charge of expired proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, six months no same or similar.
Imer A. Galvan Rivera, 31, of Britt, Iowa was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.
