Andrew R. Devens, 38, of Indio, Calif. was convicted of third-degree damage to property-reduce value $501-$1,000; fined $6,172.61, restitution $6,172.61, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, serve remaining 30 days on EHM with alco-sensor at defendant's expense if eligible, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, pay restitution within two years of sentencing, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no same or similar, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don't use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.

Joe Spencer, 49, of Jackson was convicted of domestic assault-subsequent violation; fined $660, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 364 days for two years, credit for time served one day, two years supervised probation, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no contact with victim(s), no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, remain law-abiding, pay for, participate in and successfully complete a domestic violence program as directed by agent and follow all recommendations, Domestic No Contact (DANCO), continue attending individual therapy and taking prescribed medications as directed and follow recommendations, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don't use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charges of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene, and domestic assault-violate No Contact Order within 10 years of previous conviction, were both dismissed.

Lucio Juarez Lopez, 25, of Fairmont was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class and type; fined $5,654.41, restitution $5,554.41, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution, no same or similar. Additional charge of collision-with unattended vehicle-notify victim or police was dismissed.

Karsan L. Davis, 18,of St. James was convicted of speeding; fined $285. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.
