Ariel E. Clausen, 31, of North Mankato was convicted of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $75, sentenced to jail 180 days, credit for time served 12 days, concurrent with other case.
Amber L. Engebretson, 46, of Winnebago was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.
Levi J. Sprague, 33, of Wells received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $460, sentenced to jail four days, credit for time served four days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, cognitive skill training as directed by agent, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed.
Brandon A. Linscheid, 38, of Mankato was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $75, sentenced to jail 12 days, credit for time served 12 days.
