Andrew A. Iverson, 31, of Blue Earth was convicted on a felony charge of third-degree criminal sexual conduct-victim 13-15 and actor older than 24; fined $860, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served four days, serve as work release if eligible, Huber and STS is granted if qualifies, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, enter into, cooperate with and successfully complete outpatient sex offender treatment as arranged by agent, submit to polygraph examinations as directed, no contact with victim or family, don't possess/use any pornographic/sexually explicit material, don't use any phone sex lines, dating services, social networks or enter any strip clubs or adult bookstores or any other business where the primary source of business is adult entertainment, must disclose all electronic devices and all electronic devices subject to monitoring as directed by agent, no unsupervised contact with persons under age 18 and if contact is approved, the individual(s) to provide the supervision must also be pre-approved by probation and treatment (does not apply to own daughter), disclose all internet capable devices and comply with monitoring software as directed by agent, follow all recommendations of psycho-sexual assessment completed by CORE Professional Services, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don't use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.
Alexius A. McCracken, 25, of Wells was convicted of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $75, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year supervised probation, community work service 24 hours for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 30 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, complete mental health evaluation within 60 days and follow all recommendations, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don't use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Erin A. O'Rourke, 43, of Wells had a charge of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death continued for dismissal; fined $75, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, six months no disorderly conduct, six months no assault.
