Brady M. Tesch, 44, of Elmore received an amended court decision on a felony charge of domestic assault; reinstate supervised probation under all previously ordered conditions, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment while in custody and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agents(s), assigned social workers(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care and if inpatient treatment is recommended, defendant may be furloughed to treatment from jail if jail term is not satisfied yet, with Martin County Sheriff’s Office to transport.
