Fail to drive with due care — Justin J. Lubben, 48, of Trimont; fined $125.

Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — Belamino C. Escobar, 27, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Elijah L. Vlieger, 19, of Blue Earth was convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, no same or similar. Additional charges of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, and operate motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicating substance, were both dismissed.

Nadily I. Lopez, 27, of Mankato was convicted of no insurance-driver violation; fined $200. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $185.

Tasha A. Copley, 23, of Mankato was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $610, sentenced to jail 10 days, serve as work release if eligible. Additional charges of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance, and drivers license-instruction permit violations for persons 18 years or older, were both dismissed.

Deritha M. Kinsley, 60, of Truman received a stay of adjudication on a charge of harassment-violate restraining order; fined $300, one year supervised probation, restitution reserved for 30 days, no contact with victim(s), complete diagnostic assessment if recommended by agent, participate in counseling as directed by agent and follow all recommendations, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene was dismissed.

Ashley M. Fuller, 39, of Wells was convicted of speeding; fined $135. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.
