Matthew C. Prak, 38, of Delavan was convicted on a felony charge of domestic abuse-violates two or more Orders for Protection within 10 years of previous conviction; fined $910, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 15 months, stayed three years, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 54 days, can do STS for fine, three years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, three years Domestic No Contact (DANCO), no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no contact with victim or family, complete cognitive skill training as directed by agent, complete domestic abuse batterer’s intervention program as required by MN statute and can credit out-of-pocket expenses against fine, follow all recommendations of comprehensive assessment which include outpatient treatment and aftercare recommendations and taking first available intake, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, don’t vote until July 1, 2023, you have the right to register to vote on that date and any time you are not incarcerated for this offense. An additional felony charge of stalking-pattern of stalking conduct, and a misdemeanor charge of fleeing a peace officer by a means other than a motor vehicle, were both dismissed.

Christopher L. Prymer-Blankenship, 37, of Wells had a felony charge of domestic assault by strangulation continued for dismissal; fined $75, 90 days unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no contact with victim(s), don’t initiate contact with victim. Also had a misdemeanor charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another continued for dismissal; 90 days unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no contact with victim(s), don’t initiate contact with victim.
