No Minnesota drivers license — Oscar E. Patlan Ochoa, 28, of Fairmont; fined $185. Emanuel Sanchez Hernandez, 19, of Arcadia, Wis.; fined $215.

No foreign state front plate (if state requires it) — Nathan T. Amack, 44, of Menomonee Falls, Wis.; fined $190.

No proof of motor vehicle insurance — Scott A. O’Sell, 60, of Fairmont; fined $315.

Alex H. Kallemeyn, 22, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $585, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, follow all recommendations of the already completed comprehensive assessment, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel and provide proof of already completed panel to probation agent, no same or similar. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, and rear lamps required to illuminate license plates, were all dismissed.

Gabriel H. Rouzer, ,27, of Fort Worth, Texas received a stay of adjudication on a charge of fail to drive with due care; fined $100, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Larry C. Dunker, Jr., 59, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution and file certificate within 30 days, remain law-abiding.

Gerardo A. Rosas, 24, of Estherville, Iowa was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $130. Also convicted of speeding; fined $125.

Jaden L. Townsend, 44, of Maplewood was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $315. Also convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200.
