Daniel S. Williams, 51, of Windom was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $100, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 352 days for two years, credit for time served 13 days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service seven days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charges of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway, and speeding, were all dismissed.

David T. Haegeman, 32, of Fairmont was convicted of second-degree driving while impaired-two or more aggravating factors; fined $810, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served six days, two years supervised probation, work release is granted, sentence to serve is granted if eligible, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations in a timely manner, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, complete and pay for MADD impact panel and provide proof to probation agent, cooperate with post-sentence investigation if requested, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law.

David Khounsanthone, 41, of Mountain Lake was convicted of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 65 days. Also convicted of domestic abuse-violate No Contact Order; fined $100, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 65 days. Four felony charges of first-degree burglary of occupied dwelling with non-accomplice present, first-degree damage to property-value reduced over $1,000, second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, and domestic assault by strangulation, and misdemeanor charges of emergency telephone calls/communications-interrupt/interfere/impede/disrupt 911 call, domestic abuse-violate No Contact Order, and driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type, were all dismissed.

Konain Narruhn, 35, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one years, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Tony A. Fales, 33, of Welcome was convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $285. Also convicted of fail to yield right-of-way to driver on right at uncontrolled intersection; fined $50.
