Passing parked emergency vehicle-more than two lanes in one direction — Aldo A. Acosta-Medina, 26, of Rochester; fined $135.

No Minnesota drivers license — Adonay Ayala Sanchez, 30, of Wells; fined $185.

Thomas A. Williams, 43, of Fairmont was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185. Also convicted of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway; fined $100.

Jose A. Rodriguez, Jr., 54, of Albert Lea was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $710, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, attend MADD impact panel, remain law-abiding.

No Minnesota drivers license — Ferdy L. Valasquez Diaz, 32, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Driving after suspension — Taylor K. Spear, 20, of Granada; fined $285.

Dylan R. Atkinson, 41, of Fairmont had a charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Josie Ana E. Riley Dusheck, 37, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-body contains any amount of schedule I/II drugs-not marijuana; fined $685, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, two days to be served consecutively in jail with the remaining 28 days to be served on electronic home monitoring, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, attend MADD impact panel, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.

Matthew R. Hunnicutt, 33, of Wells was convicted of seat belt violation in a commercial vehicle; fined $110. Also convicted of MN annual inspection decal violation; fined $100.
