Failure to drive with due care — Christian David A. Smith, 24, of Blue Earth; fined $125.

Failure to stop at stop signs or stop lines at entrance to thru highway — Madison J. Colstrup, 23, of Kiester; fined $135.

Garrett K. Weyhrauch, 49, of Blue Earth received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle; fined $910, sentenced to jail 15 days, credit for time served 15 days, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment within 30 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, complete alcohol monitoring for a minimum of 30 consecutive days, participate in cognitive skill training as directed by agent, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote or vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Also convicted of driving after revocation; sentenced to jail 15 days, credit for time served 15 days.

Paula J. Lindgren, 37, of Elmore had a charge of speeding continued for dismissal; fined $165, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Wayne C. Oswald, 62, of Winnebago was convicted on a felony charge of fourth-degree criminal sex conduct-victim mentally impaired/helpless; fined $910, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 24 months, stayed 10 years, sentenced to jail 180 days, credit for time served three days, 10 years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, Domestic No Contact (DANCO), predatory offender registration required including photographing, finger printing and DNA, disclose all electronic devices to agent, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no contact with victim(s), don’t use or possess any pornographic/sexually explicit material, don’t use any phone sex lines, dating services, social networks or enter any strip clubs or adult book stores or any business where the primary source of business is adult entertainment, no unsupervised contact with minors or vulnerable adults and contact must be pre-approved by probation and treatment, submit to polygraph examinations as directed, complete psychological-sexual evaluation/assessment and follow all recommendations, provider must be approved by agent, all electronics subject to monitoring as directed by agent, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote or vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. An additional felony charge of third-degree criminal sex conduct-victim mentally impaired/helpless was dismissed.

Ronnie L. Snyder, 56, of Winnebago had a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another continued for dismissal; fined $260, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no assaultive or disorderly behaviors, no same or similar.
