Jeremy E. Johnson, 42, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer was dismissed.

Elfego Acosta Perez, 39, of Fairmont was convicted of no Minnesota drivers license after 60 days residency or 30 days CDL; fined $185. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.
