Failure to drive with due care — Kyle T. Williams, 20, of Harrisburg, S.D.; fined $125.

Damien A. Munoz, 21, of Blue Earth was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185.

Nicolas E. Eckwright, 21, of Wells had a charge of driving after revocation continued for dismissal; fined $285, 60 days unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Jenna L. Hansen, 28, of Good Thunder received a stay of adjudication on a charge of emergency telephone calls/communications-interrupt, interfere, impede or disrupt 911 call; fined $200, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service eight hours for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no contact with victim or family, continue individual therapy services until discharged, two years Domestic No Contact (DANCO), take medications in the prescribed dosage or frequency, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Also convicted of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $260, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service eight hours for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no contact with victim or family, continue individual therapy services until successfully discharged, enter domestic abuse batterer’s intervention program within 60 days and complete domestic abuse program as approved by agent, take medications in the prescribed dosage or frequency, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law.

An additional felony charge of first-degree burglary-assault of person in building on property, and a misdemeanor charge of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances, were both dismissed.

Kristina K. Hubbard, 44, of Wells was convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; fined $410, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.

Jianxiong, Wu, 67, of Las Vegas, Nev. was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Additional charge of driver fails to yield right-of-way to emergency vehicle was dismissed.
