Jessica L. Loken, 23, of Blue Earth was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $3,252.60, restitution $2,992.60, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, pay restitution, no misdemeanor or greater violations, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.

Craig W. Heath, 28, of Buffalo Center, Iowa was convicted of trespass-occupy/enter locked dwelling/posted building; fined $260, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent was dismissed.

Brian F. Sutton, 46, of Winona had a charge of vehicle registration/permit/plates required continued for dismissal; fined $50, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Isaiah C. Cornelio, 18, of Elmore was convicted of speeding; fined $300. Also convicted of unlawful passing-when lane isn’t clearly visible and not free of oncoming traffic; fined $135.

Jessica L. Hinton, 36, of Blue Earth was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $17.72, restitution $17.72, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, pay restitution of $17.72 to Dollar General, no misdemeanor or greater violations, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.

Noah J. Weber, 24, of Benton City, Wash. was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $145.
