Matthew L. Bauman, 28, of Fairmont was convicted of domestic abuse-violate Order for Protection; fined $585, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete diagnostic assessment if recommended by probation agent, follow any Order for Protection or No Contact orders that are in place, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, cognitive skill training if recommended by probation agent, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. An additional felony charge of domestic abuse-violate Order for Protection, and a misdemeanor charge of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances, were both dismissed.

Caleb A. Blekestad, 22, of Winnebago was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $210, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 352 days for two years, credit for time served 13 days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service eight days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, complete comprehensive assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.

Lorie K. Rehling-anderson, 60, of St. Paul received a stay of adjudication on a charge of speeding; fined $50, 90 days unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Joshua B. Nielsen, 35, of Elko New Market was convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $135. Also convicted of operate vehicle with illegal headlight or taillight covers (except stock); fined $40.
