Hinton, 36, of Bricelyn had a charge of domestic assault-subsequent violation continued for dismissal; fined $75, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, pay for and complete comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no assault, no disorderly conduct. Also had a charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene continued for dismissal; one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no assault, no disorderly conduct.
Alyssa M. Imbery, 30, of Kiester was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60.
Sally Jo Allen, 44, of Kiester was convicted of expired registration; fined $115. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.
