Driving after suspension — Rubio Saul M. Perez, 38, of Worthington; fined $285.

Stormi H. Werner, 26, of Welcome was convicted of school bus-passing on right when flashing amber signals are displayed; fined $685, sentenced to jail 10 days, stayed 10 days for one year, six months unsupervised probation, remain law-abiding, no same or similar.

Speeding — Megan R. Rikala, 45, of Kiester; fined $145.

Erica Guerrero, 42, of Madelia received a stay of adjudication on a charge of criminal vehicular operation-bodily harm with any amount of a Sched. 1 or 2 controlled substance; fined $75, sentenced to jail one day, credit for time served one day, two years supervised probation, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, pay restitution if reserved for 30 days, complete mental health evaluation and follow all recommendations, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed. An additional felony charge of of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, and a misdemeanor charge of fourth-degree driving while impaired, were both dismissed.

Connor D. Zabel, 22, of Kiester was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $485, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.
