Nicholas D. Younker, 32, of Gettysburg, Ohio received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $585, sentenced to jail five days, credit for time served five days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, complete comprehensive assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, defendant should work with probation to get probation transferred to state of residence, complete diagnostic assessment if recommended by probation and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain employment, maintain employment, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited, was dismissed.

Branden A. Hendrickson, 23, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $100, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 21 months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 45 days, credit for time served 19 days, STS is granted if eligible, must remain in custody until inpatient treatment bed opens up at House of Hope in Mankato, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, follow recommendations from most recent comprehensive assessment including following all recommendations from treatment for care and aftercare, enter and successfully complete Drug Court and follow all recommendations from the court program, complete diagnostic assessment if recommended by probation agent, cognitive skill training if recommended by probation agent, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional felony charge of third-degree controlled substance possession in school/park/public housing zone, and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited, were both dismissed.

Juan R. Rodriguez, 40, of Lino Lakes was convicted of financial transaction card fraud-use without consent; sentenced to jail 365 days, credit for time served 222 days, concurrent with prison term, pay restitution if filed by 11/4/22.

Edward G. Smith Jr., 56, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution if filed within 30 days, don’t enter the Fairmont Walmart for one year.

Bakhodir Madiev, 34, of Brooklyn, N.Y. was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Christopher D. Demoney, 41, of Madelia was convicted of public nuisance-annoy/injure/endanger safety; fined $260. Additional charge of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway was dismissed.

Marriah N. Salisbury, 19, of Ceylon was convicted of speeding; fined $300. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited; fined $135.
