Travis G. Mitchell, 27, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of third-degree controlled substance possession-in school/park/public housing zone; fined $100, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 21 months, stayed 10 years, sentenced to jail 15 days, credit for time served 15 days, must be held in custody until next Drug Court session, 10 years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, enter and successfully complete Drug Court and be responsible for fees, participate in individual counseling, complete cognitive skill training as recommended by agent, complete and follow all recommendations of comprehensive assessment, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing per request of law enforcement or probation, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.

Additional felony charges of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, and third-degree controlled substance possession-in school/park/public housing zone, and misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited, were all dismissed.

Timothy W. Parsons, 38, of Fairmont was convicted of harassment-violate restraining order; fined $75, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 305 days for two years, credit for time served 10 days, release after 30 days to recommendations of comprehensive assessment concurrent to other case, two years supervised probation, sentence to service sox days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, pay restitution after restitution is filed with state, complete diagnostic assessment if recommended, complete comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, domestic abuse counseling/treatment if recommended by supervising agent, no contact with victim(s), Domestic No Contact (DANCO), no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing as requested by law enforcement or probation, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, complete cognitive skill training as directed by agent, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional felony charge of violate No Contact Order within 10 years of the first of two or more convictions, and a misdemeanor charge of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances, were both dismissed.

Amy G. Clay, 34, of Winnebago was convicted of display expired registration; fined $115. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.
