Dennis C. Buttrom, 36, of Mankato had a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another continued for dismissal; fined $75, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no assault, no disorderly conduct, no same or similar.

Corrine Campbell, 59, of Kiester was convicted of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $910, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 331 days for two years, credit for time served 34 days, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, enroll in and complete inpatient chemical dependency treatment as recommended in the comprehensive assessment, complete mental health diagnostic assessment within 90 days and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of endanger child-situation could cause harm or death was dismissed.

Beth E. Hirsch, 35, of Prescott, Wis. had a charge of speeding continued for dismissal; fined $175, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Terence D. Hughes, 53, of Florissant, Mo. had a charge of speeding continued for dismissal; fined $170, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Benjamin G. Karbedeh, 46, of St. Cloud had a charge of speeding continued for dismissal; fined $225, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Everado Sierra IV, 45, of Albert Lea was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $385, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for one year, one year probation to the court, no DAC/DAR/DAS violations, no same or similar. Additional charge of speeding in special zone set by commissioner was dismissed.

Ahmed Thabit Saleh Aldahiah, 28, of Stockton, Calif. was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Also convicted of hands free law-access video content/images/games/software applications; fined $50.

Christopher E. Edmonds, 59, of Versailles, Ky. was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.

Kirstin L. Kitchel, 27, of Elmore was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of hands free law-engage in cellular phone or video call; fined $50.

Madeline J. Ziller, 17, of Rochester was convicted of no cell phone use by provisional driver; fined $135. Also convicted of improperly worn seat belt; fined $25.
