Bjornebo, 37, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk; fined $185, sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, provide supervising agent current mental health recommendations from all providers and follow recommendations for care and aftercare, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Hernandez, 38, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $100, one year unsupervised probation, domestic abuse evaluation, follow recommendations of evaluation, no contact with victim(s), remain law-abiding, one year Domestic No Contact (DANCO).
