Alexander P. Edgardo A. Umana, 42, of Fairmont had a felony charge of wrongfully obtaining assistance-theft by false statements/concealment/impersonation continued for dismissal; fined $1,420, restitution $1,420, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, pay restitution or provide proof of payment to the victim, no same or similar. Also had a felony charge of perjury-in any writing while under oath continued for dismissal; one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.
