Josie A. Elizabeth Riley Duscheck, 36, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete diagnostic assessment and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no contact with victim(s), don’t enter victim’s residence, cognitive skill training if recommended by probation, follow all recommendations, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Codie W. Erickson, 30, of Amery, Wis. received a statutory stay of adjudication on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $335, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete comprehensive assessment as directed by agent and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, complete all chemical dependency treatments as directed, follow recommendations of evaluation, provide supervising agent with current mental health recommendations from providers and follow recommendations for care and aftercare, complete updated mental health assessment if warranted, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Also convicted of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances; fined $100, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, pay restitution and certificate to be filed within 30 days by County Attorney, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Three additional felony charges of third-degree controlled substance possession-in school/park/public housing zone, terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk, and aiding an offender to avoid arrest, and misdemeanor charges of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another, and possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited, were all dismissed.
