Angelo P. Panagiotopoulos, 49, of Chicago, Ill. had a charge of speeding continued for dismissal; fined $170, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, six months no same or similar.

Jose R. Reyes-justiz, 56, of Wells was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of no insurance-owner violation; fined $200. Also convicted of no Minnesota registration; fined $100.

Eric Arriola Tirado, 33, of Buffalo Center, Iowa was convicted of driving after cancellation; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $135.

Terry L. Hanson, 55, of Frost was convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $110. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.
