Tyler G. Owen, 27, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $375, sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, follow all recommendations of the comprehensive biopsychosocial evaluation recently completed at the VA, successfully complete the 12-week program “Strength at Home” provided by the VA, no same or similar, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, have no new violations of the law, have no new threatening or assaultive behaviors, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law.

Hatfield, 31, of Ceylon was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, don’t enter victim’s residence, don’t enter Shoe Sensation in Fairmont, no same or similar. Also convicted on a separate charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $100, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, don’t enter victim’s residence, don’t enter Shoe Sensation in Fairmont, no same or similar. Additional charge of give peace officer false name/birthdate/ID card was dismissed.

Lindasue I. Osmundsen, 55, of Truman was convicted on two separate charges of game violation-license required to take/buy/sell/transport/possess protected wild animals; fined $135 for the first charge and $50 for the second charge.

Hans J. Paschke-Burtt, 36, of Blue Earth was convicted of no motorcycle endorsement (must have with); fined $135. Also convicted of expired registration; fined $30.

Jared R. Zamzow, 45, of Lafayette was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of no or inoperative breakaway brakes; fined $100.

Domingo Picornio Pablo, 35, of Fairmont was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60.
